We passionate about developing psychological fitness as the pathway to a fulfilled life where young people live and thrive.
Over the last twenty years we have focused on the science of psychological fitness. Not just the theory but the practical ways in which we can use the ideas to make real positive changes so we thrive, not just survive.

Optimism needs to be wedded to reality
It is no good pretending the difficult stuff isn’t real or ignoring the problem in the hope it will go away. Optimsim is a choice but it is not putting on those rose coloured glasses and ignoring the reality.
Each of us is unique in ways we have not yet had the chance to explore
We all know our weaknesses, the things we need to improve, work on. I believe we spend too much time focusing on this side of ourselves. I know for a fact that you are unique and amazing in ways you have not yet discovered.
Emotional wellbeing is not soft and fluffy
Being emotionally well means having a deep sense of you are, what you feel and how you react. Sports psychologists and army officials build emotional wellbeing into their work with athletes and soldiers because it leads to improved performance and success.
Our Approach
Is a strengths based approach, starting with what those we work with are good at and the successes they have (or should have) celebrated. Using this approach provides a deep sense of they are as individuals, what is most important to them and what they want to achieve.
We offer practical solutions that can be actioned straight away all delivered in a way that will work for the person.
