Bringing 20+ years experience, having trained literally 1000’s of people, on a 1-1 basis, in small teams or large groups. My approach is grounded on sound evidence and theory, but delivered in a way that feels personal to your setting and practical. The brain works really efficiently, it has to otherwsie we literally would not put one foot in front of the other. Because the brain works so well, creating shortcuts, we make mistakes, we jump to conclusions, make assumptions and catastrophise. Learn how to break that cycle. 

3. Strengthen communication and human connection

So often we keep quiet, we go along with others because its easier, or because we don’t feel like we have a voice. Each of us has unique, undiscovered strengths that will help with communication, with relationships, at work and at play.

This is the space to tell you all the amazing things about me!! Ha ha, the truth is I am pretty ordinary, I live an everyday type of life – 2 grown up children, husband, a rescue dog. I have elderly parents, 2 brothers – so nothing special there! But …..

I never feel that I cannot cope with life, even during the most difficult times (and I’ve had a few), I trust in myself and the techniques and tools that I want to share with you.
