Hope is different to a dream. Hope is tangible, based on a simple yet effective equation. Understanding the elements of the equation is at the heart of unlocking the future you want for yourself. 

2. Habits

The brain works really efficiently, it has to otherwsie we literally would not put one foot in front of the other. Because the brain works so well, creating shortcuts, we make mistakes, we jump to conclusions, make assumptions and catastrophise. Learn how to break that cycle.

3. Communication

So often we keep quiet, we go along with others because its easier, or because we don’t feel like we have a voice. Each of us has unique, undiscovered strengths that will help with communication, with relationships, at work and at play.
